Shipping
Please ensure that delivery details are correct. Potteryali is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that has been provided to us by our customers. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. Once payment for the order has been received, the order will be shipped within 2-4 business days via Australia Post. Customers will then receive a tracking number from potteryali once the order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.

Tax/VAT & Import Duties
potteryali is not responsible for tax or customs charges.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
Damaged Goods & Refunds
In the unfortunate event that your items suffer damage during shipping, please email ali@potteryali with your order number, a photo of the item in its original packaging as it arrived to you, pictures of the original labels, as well as a picture of the breakage within 24 hours of delivery. Assuming everything is in order, Ali will replace the damaged items. It is possible, however, that your item may be out of stock and on backorder. In this case, potteryali will inform you of the wait time to receive your replacement.
Potteryali does not offer a refund for “change-of-mind” pieces. If an item is flawed or damaged, please report this to Ali within 24 hours to discuss the situation.
Packaging
Each and every item is packaged by hand with great care. Every attempt is made to use upcycled packaging material in order to reduce waste. Each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard before being tightly fitted into a postage cardboard box that is surrounded with bubblewrap or packaging.
Terms and Conditions
All items are handcrafted and therefore one-of-a-kind. This makes each piece truly unique but it may vary from those shown in the photographs. Potteryali attempts to create pieces similar to the samples on the website however, slight variations may occur.
